Capture the Green: Romiley, Marple & Marple Bridge is a gentle community programme taking place during Great Big Green Week, bringing together nature, wellbeing, creativity and caring for our local spaces.
Led by Capture & Calm Walks CIC, activities encourage people to slow down, notice the world around them and take small positive actions within the community.
Throughout the week we will be running a range of accessible wellbeing and nature-based activities across Romiley, Marple and Marple Bridge including mindful litter picks, gentle family nature trails, outdoor creative sessions and pause-and-notice walks.
Activities are designed to be welcoming, low pressure and community focused, helping people connect with nature, creativity and each other in a calm and inclusive way.
