A Public Consultation Event on Sustainability Plans

Join Zero Carbon Harrogate, the York & North Yorkshire Combined Authority and local partners for an interactive public workshop exploring the region’s new Strategy for a Sustainable Future – and why local voices matter in shaping what comes next.

This is a chance to better understand the big changes ahead, hear directly from regional climate specialists, and take part in friendly, facilitated discussions about the opportunities and challenges facing our area.

You’ll hear from representatives from the York & North Yorkshire Combined Authority, followed by audience Q&A and collaborative workshop sessions exploring themes around sustainability, climate action and community priorities.

What to expect:

This event is being organised by Zero Carbon Harrogate, a local climate action chairty, in partnership with Harrogate Fair Trade and the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority and is designed to inform you about what the Combined Authority's regional plan is, and how you can influence it through their public consultation.
