Blessing of the Warwickshire Avon River

A special service focused on the fragility of our rivers with attendance from local political representatives , the High Sheriff of Gloucestershire and guest preacher Revd Dr Timothy Howles, Associate Director of the Laudatory Si’ Research Institute, followed by a procession and blessing of the River Avon. The service starts at 10.30am and the procession will leave the Abbey gates at approximately 11.15am.
