Join us at the beautiful Oystermouth Castle in Mumbles for a Connect-With-Nature-Yoga class, instructed by the incredible Womankind Yoga & Therapies' teacher Helen Wilson. This class is a chance to relax and move our bodies, letting go of stress and appreciating the beautiful scenery and greenery around us, connecting with nature.
