Please Join us to celebrate and promote sustainability in our community!

Mumbles Community Council's Environmental Committee Vice Chair will be showcasing our ongoing environmental projects and alongside Dan from The Swansea Environment Centre, we will be introducing a new 'Green Stars Rating' scheme for local businesses to voluntarily apply for. This scheme will reward stars to businesses who are making sustainable choices and being environmentally conscious. Businesses that partake will gain a sticker with their green star rating for their shop window and MCC will promote and celebrate our Sustainable businesses. Businesses will also be able to attend the 'Green Mumbles' Event to discover what changes they can make to be more sustainable, where Dan will touch on topics, such as Sustainable Procurement.

There will be light refreshments available and a chance to mingle with local businesses, councillors, MCC staff and the general public.
