We are inviting you to join us to watch Dr Michael Greger’s film 'How not to Age'.

He advocates a plant-based diet as a way of preventing our likelihood of suffering from illness. The film is brimming with expertise and is evidence based. It will inspire you with practical strategies for living a long, healthy life and enjoying every moment of it.

After the film there will be a quiz, a discussion, and the opportunity to join a WhatsApp group to share your ideas.

Dr Greger is a Physician and an internationally recognised speaker on nutrition.
