Get involved with Great Big Green Week 2026 by volunteering your time and helping to protect the parkland at Knole. Individuals or small groups of family and friends can join a park walk and litter pick, where you’ll help keep the parkland clean and tidy for the deer and other wildlife that call Knole Park their home.

Led by Knole volunteers, you’ll enjoy a walk in the parkland whilst hearing about its flora, fauna and what makes this site so special.

This is a free event but pre-booking is required. Please book online or call 0344 249 1895.

Well-behaved dogs can go on this walk but must be kept on short leads at all times.

This event takes place outside so please dress according to the weather. Please wear suitable shoes or boots for walking. Litter picking equipment and gloves will be provided.

This walk will go off paths so may not be accessible for wheelchairs. Please call 01732 462100 for any access requirements.
