This drop-in event will bring together a range of sustainability experts to support local businesses across Greater Cambridge.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore practical approaches to improving environmental performance and reducing operating costs.
Meet experts from Cambridge City Council, PECT, CPCA Growth Hub, Wildlife Trust for Beds, Cambs and Northants, Cambridge Carbon Footprint, Bowller Solar, Resolve Home Energy, Hope CIC to discuss solutions for:
- Planning your journey to net zero
- Solar energy solutions
- Heat pumps and alternative energy sources
- Strategies for reducing carbon emissions
- Sustainable building improvements
- Upcoming grants and support opportunities
In addition, general business support will be available on the day, with representatives from the Council’s Climate, Trade Waste, and Business teams on hand to offer advice.
The session will be informal, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We particularly encourage attendance from businesses interested in diversification, as well as those looking to reduce energy costs and adopt greener practices.
