In our second session, we’ll be working through a shared purpose and group identity - building on the foundation you've started laying, identify and connecting with your people. You'll learn about giving your group a direction and a reason to keep coming back. You'll leave knowing how to bring your group together to build out your shared purpose and group norms.

In our first session we looked at relational organising - how to find the people already around you and start the kind of conversations that build a group. You left with your people map and your first outreach messages.
