We'll tour the field and mandala gardens, discussing the permaculture vision underpinning the farm's move into diversified horticulture - and what Stef and Ian have learned along the way. We'll also visit the coppice and hedgerows to see how they are managed, with a practical look at the biochar and different composting approaches used to build soil. Crucially, we'll explore how Treflach is becoming a community hub - building partnerships with people and connecting the food, camping, educational and farming enterprises.
