Join with us to dip deeper into the theme of the river and its wildlife, and into finding out more about that essential resource “water”. What do we know about our own water resource, how is it used in our local community; and how a farmer and then his community in Kenya came together when rain water was sparse.
Events in Bradford on Avon.
Our library will have a week-long art activity for children and a Biodiversity Fabric collage display.
Film screening: Kisilu, a Kenyan farmer, started using his camera to capture the life of his family, his village and community, and the dangers of climate change.
Discussion Forum: Taking Water for Granted, with three expert speakers, followed by Q&A.
Wildlife of the River - a walk along the river spotting wildlife along the way and accompanied by people who can help identify what we see and hear.
