Let's grow a greener future - together: Green Beats, a new community festival in the heart of the Cheshire countryside and the beautiful village of Tattenhall, featuring live local music all day, local suppliers of food & drink and a specially-commissioned outdoor theatre performance, suitable for all. Art & craft events! Sea shanties! Green technology demos! Indie! Samba band/workshops! Transition Tattenhall! Choir! Community solar! Tours of local woodland creation! U18s absolutely welcome and go free!

This is an open-air event, so come dressed for the weather. Covered seating will be available. The site is a natural grass football pitch, so completely level but it and the access track (also grassed and level) may be hard work for users of wheelchairs. Toilets available. Parking at the Sports Club and nearby and on local roads - please park with consideration for our neighbours. Traders will accept contactless, but it'd be a good idea to bring some cash in case of difficulties with the wifi.

Please note, the theatre performance (accompanied by live music) is separately ticketed from the main festival - see separate Great Big Green Week listing under 'Kith & Cynn'. Two performances: 13 June at 7pm and 14 June at 12 noon. The main festival and theatre tickets can be purchased at the same time.
