We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. This week we are returning to Alexander Care Home. We’ll be clearing the garden ready for planting to take place. The aim is to make the garden more enticing for the residents to use and better for nature to thrive in. We'll be running/walking there and back - around 3km in total. Free to attend but please do sign up, where you will find more details.
