St Mark’s Church is hosting an ECO Fair (organised by the Eco-Church group) to include information and displays from local organisations and individuals who are working towards helping to protect our planet. Confirmed stalls so far include - RSPB, Fairtrade, XR, Salisbury ECO-Hub, Salisbury Wildlife Group, Medic to Medic recycling, Kindness Naturally, Christian Aid, Men's Shed, Project Uganda, ECO deanery team & A Rocha information. Displays from St Mark's School (deforestation) & Wyndham Park School (junk model eco-friendly vehicles) & Godolphin School (yarn doll making and a lucky children's 2nd-hand book dip). There will also be children's activities - skittles, mud kitchen & seed bomb making, an ECO tombola, a plant stall, bric-a-brac and 2nd hand book sale to raise funds towards ECO friendly church projects. Refreshments and lunch will be available in the church hall, come and have a cuppa and chat and browse the stalls! Entry is FREE. All are welcome!
