Come and join us for a plastic free picnic (this means only reusable plastic is allowed) on Sunday 8th June 12-3pm. We will be meeting at the nature play area which is close to The Cowherds on The Avenue, fun for children of all ages. We aim to have some outdoor fun so bring along your favourite game. Bring your own picnic (please NO BBQs), blankets, camping chairs etc. There is a refreshment kiosk selling ice cream, drinks and hot and cold food if you prefer. There is also an onsite toilet and baby changing area that is open when the kiosk is open. Nearby there is also the Hawthorns Urban Wildlife Centre and café with indoor seating and toilets. Please tell all your friends, everyone is welcome to join us.
