A little more info... The first half of the workshop is an interactive card game. The cards contain causes, effects and consequences of the climate system. Your job? Put the cards in order of cause and effect, revealing how human activity actually leads to major impacts on our world. You'll be guided on the journey, and gain new insights and a broad perspective on the state of our shared home. It's collaborative learning, so you fill in holes in your knowledge by talking, rather than being lectured to or shown slides (which is what makes this so great!). Then we move into talking about what this all means for us as individuals, and work through the overwhelm to hope and action. The final part of the workshop is a group action brainstorming of ideas, big and small, that we can take away and move forward with, because we can all do something.
