A Honeybee themed event in and out of the church. Exhibitions of beekeeping equipment, honey wax, frames and hives. Try tasting honeys. Try making bee frames. Talk to beekeepers about keeping bees. In the church will be honeybee theme cakes and teas, potentially decorating your own cakes. Also part of the village Scarecrow trail, one of the scarecrows will be in the church. In the churchyard there will be a group of volunteers gardening, weeding, planting, hedge trimming and plant identifying. A scything demonstration will take place late morning.
