Fancy patching your knees with a bit of the theatre? Or darning your coat with an offcut from a panto dame? As part of The Great Big Green Week, Nottingham Playhouse is hosting its very own Repair Café and Clothes Swap. Come along to this drop-in session to learn visible mending techniques from our costume team and keep your clothes lasting longer (with a bit of extra theatrical sparkle). We’re also inviting you to bring up to five items of clothing to swap with others throughout the afternoon – we just ask that they are clean and in wearable condition. Any remaining items will be donated to charity. Fabric patches & sewing materials kindly donated by Nottingham Playhouse’s Costume Department.
