Empowering Futures are delighted to open our doors for the first time as part of the Festival of Nature. Over the past few years we have developed our activities for vulnerable people as well as boosted the biodiversity on our farm and improved our soil with support from Bristol University Students. Our outdoor activity has expanded to include yoga and reiki delivered by experts and attendees are welcome to participate in any sessions on the day at no cost. There will also be access to table tennis, table football, pool and refreshments will be available. Activities: Tours of the farm will happen regularly throughout the day, Yoga sessions at 11am and 12:30pm, Reiki mindfulness sessions will happen throughout the day, Willow making class at 11am and 1pm, Therapeutic art classes at 10:45 and 12pm.
