Join the Yatton and Congresbury Wildlife Action Group for a day of free, water-themed activities as part of the Festival of Nature! Dive into a wide range of fun, family-friendly activities celebrating the River Yeo and its amazing wildlife: Discover the birds, bats, and other creatures that call the river home, Enter a stick raft race, Create your own woven willow bird feeder, Explore nature trails, Join guided nature walks with local experts, Go pond dipping and uncover the wonders of watery wildlife, Register for a paddleboard taster sessions. (Paddleboarding taster sessions will be run twice during the event by Mendip Activity Centre. Spaces are limited – first come, first served, book your slot at the YACWAG gazebo. Suitable for all ages!). For all other activities – no booking needed, just turn up and join in!
