We are delighted to host a special gathering for women at the Al-Manaar Garden — a beautiful, open space where we can come together to welcome the sunrise and share meaningful moments with people from diverse backgrounds. This event is part of our ongoing efforts to support the wellbeing of older women in our community, ensuring they feel respected, valued, and cared for. Over the years, we've hosted a number of events focused on dignity, connection, and inclusion — especially for our elders, who deserve compassion in every stage of life. This gathering will offer gentle activities designed to nurture emotional wellbeing, reduce anxiety, and build resilience, all while surrounded by fresh air and nature. We know how much our elders appreciate being in a green environment and enjoying the company of others who share similar experiences. By creating space for connection and joy, we not only uplift individuals but also help strengthen the community as a whole. This event is open to women over 55 only.
