Drop into the Roundhouse for some free, family friendly crafts and planting for Great Big Green Week! Bring your own loo roll tube or plastic bottle and make some creature crafts in our Visitor Centre, learn how to plant seeds in our cobbled courtyard, and complete our activity worksheet. Looking for a free and fun family activity? Drop into the Roundhouse for some free, family friendly craft activities on Saturday 14th June, to coincide with Great Big Green Week 2025. Recycled creatures! Bring your own loo roll tube or used plastic bottle to create some recycled creature crafts. Some materials will be provided, but please bring your own too! Activity Sheet. Complete our Great Big Green Week activity sheet, all about the importance of recycling and looking after your environment! Drawing and colouring in. We have a lot of pens and some heritage themed colouring in, for grown-ups (and little ones too). Local Look Around Family Friendly Trial. Search the Roundhouse and the canals for histories, sights, and smells. When you’ve finished the trail, head back to the Roundhouse. Get your trail sheet stamped with a smile and claim your prize! Ask a member of the team for a trial. Please note that these craft activities will take place on Saturday 14th June, 10:00-16:00.
