Join author Hayley Slack for a special reading of her brilliant new children’s book, The Little Coffee Cup!

Perfect for little ones, this fun-filled session will feature a live storytime with Hayley, followed by plenty of exciting colouring activities to keep young minds entertained and creative.

While the children enjoy the story and crafts, grown-ups can learn about the book’s inspiring eco-friendly mission. The Little Coffee Cup is challenging the UK publishing industry to do better, championing a sustainable approach that proves we don’t need to cut down trees to print beautiful books.

About the Author, Hayley Slack: Leveraging her expertise in the waste industry at Biffa, Hayley partnered with Kendal-based sustainable paper pioneer James Cropper to transform UK waste into an innovative publishing endeavour. Driven to champion both the environment and local enterprise, she collaborated with Cumbrian animation studio Plus3K to create a stunning, high-quality children’s book crafted entirely from thirteen recycled coffee cups.
