On Saturday, 14 June from 10-4pm we will be running our first ever Eco Fayre - A day of free fun for all the family. There will be free bike safety checks / minor repairs and anti theft identity marking: Families please bring your bikes along for a free health check and security marking so that you can enjoy that Sunday bike ride, cycle to school or work with confidence. Courtesy of Grantham BHive Bike Repair Workshop and SKDC. Also if you have a bike you no longer need, please bring it along and BHive will take it for refurbishing. Build a bird box: Buy a kit to build on the day or take home to make for your garden shed, tree, fence. £5 per kit - for Robins, Bluetits, and Sparrows, Courtesy of Barrowby Parish Council. There will also be: Children's craft, and fun activities for all the family including a Wonderbugs drop in session Plant Stall including wildflowers and veg You can also learn about: Bats, Bees, Butterflies, Hedgehogs, Sustainable Transport, Energy Saving, Waste and Recycling, Opportunities for Volunteering, Exercise, and Health.
