Join Friends of Eastwood Farm Nature Reserve for a morning work party. We will work together to pull Himalayn Balsam (invasive species), followed by a chat over tea and cake :-). We usually work for about 2 hours, and then have a chat. No experience is necessary, and we accommodate different leves of fitness. However, walking on uneven ground is required, please wear good shoes and sun protection, and bring a bottle of water. To prevent ticks please cover arms and legs. Please bring your own water, and mug for coffee/tea aftwards. Directions: Walk down the lane into Eastwood Farm from the bus-stop at Whitmore avenue, When you come to a car park, turn left down a lane to Eastwood Barn and meet at the picnic table in front of our green Tool Container (what 3 words: ///showed.warm.eggs).
