ACTionism Film Screening at Eco Hub

  • Date: June 08, 2025 - 7pm till 9pm
  • Location: Quaker Meeting House, 289 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 1AJ
  • Organiser: Eco Hub

Join Berkhamsted Eco Hub for a special community screening of ACTionism, a powerful new film from the Re-Action Collective. ACTionism follows 18-year-old Ellie on a journey from eco-anxiety to empowered action. The film begins with a suggestion from Jon Alexander the author of Citizens to Ellie. What is it that brings you joy? And who are the others in that space? Ellie’s answer—being outdoors—leads her to discover others taking action in that space, showing how we can move from passive consumers to active citizens, together. This film isn't available online or in cinemas; it’s made to be experienced in community screenings like this one. To help spark conversations, the star of the film Ellie, will be at the event to host a live Q&A.
