100Green are based in Ware, Hertfordshire. Together with Ware Town Council, we have co-ordinated over 40 members of staff and Councillors, to spend the morning carrying out a range of community projects with a focus on the outdoor spaces the public enjoy so much. From litter picking and helping a local charity to paint sheds, to weeding and planting the communal flower beds, through to supporting allotment owners who have been unable to maintain their plots for various reasons. Our mission? To demonstrate just how easy it is to get involved in your local community, via your local council and how varied and enjoyable the tasks can be - especially when carried out with a colleague or friend.
